Dr. Cai gave a talk "Holographic metasurfaces multiplexed by surrounding media" at the Photonics West 2020, in San Francisco. Holographic multiplexing is a good example of dynamic tunable metasurface, where different holograms are imposed in a single metasurface, and can be switched from one state to the other.
